The Larry Reid Advantage CHECKBOOK will be awarded to you at the time you take delivery of your new or pre-owned vehicle.

When will my Larry Reid Advantage check book expire?
Your card is good for three years from the date of issue. If you purchased your vehicle in January 2007, your check book will expire on February 28, 2010.

How and when will I get my $300 Larry Reid Advantage gift certificate?
Your gift certificate will be included in your Larry Reid Advantage CHECKBOOK, given to you at the time we deliver your vehicle.

Where can I use my Larry Reid Advantage gift certificate?
Your gift certificate is good for $300 off the purchase of any new or used vehicle at any Larry Reid Advantage store.

When will my Larry Reid Advantage gift certificate expire?
Your gift certificate will expire twelve months from the date of issue.

Can I give the $300 Gift Certificate to someone else?
Of course. Please feel free to give it to anyone you think may be looking for any automobile.

Can I use the $300 Larry Reid Advantage gift certificate myself?
Absolutely. It can be applied to your next automobile purchase at any Larry Reid Advantage dealership. Most of our customers are repeat customers and we're pleased to offer you this special discount.

What is the difference between Larry Reid Advantage Plus and Larry Reid Advantage Rewards pre-owned vehicles?
Reid Rewards Plus vehicles are vehicles that are seven model years and newer with under 100,000 miles on them. Larry Reid Advantage pre-owned vehicles are vehicles that do not meet the Larry Reid Advantage Plus criteria.

What does my Larry Reid Advantage Plus warranty cover on my pre-owned vehicle?
Larry Reid Advantage Plus warranty is for 60 days 2,500 miles. Larry Reid Advantage Plus warranty provides limited power train coverage. See your warranty for details.

What does my Larry Reid Advantage pre-owned warranty cover on my pre-owned vehicle?
Larry Reid Advantage pre-owned warranty provides limited power train warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles (whichever comes first). See your warranty for details.

What are my options with Larry Reid's five day 500 mile confidence guarantee on my pre-owned car?
All pre-owned vehicles have the five day refund or exchange option. If for any reason you are not happy (even color) with your pre-owned vehicle and you have driven less than 5 Days or 500 miles, just bring it back. We would love to find you something else. See any Larry Reid Advantage manager for details.

When will I get my Reid Rewards Collision and Accident documentation kit with Camera?
You will receive this kit from a manager of your Larry Reid Advantage dealership as part of your welcome package at the time of purchase.

When can I take advantage of free service rentals?
We offer you one day use of a rental vehicle whenever you receive major manufacturer-recommended maintenance services at any Larry Reid Advantage dealership. All we ask is that you make an appointment.

Will I need to show my Larry Reid Advantage check book for free service rentals?
Yes. Please present your check book to the service writer at the time of arrival.

Do I need to make an appointment for free service rentals?
Yes. This is the only way we can arrange for your rental vehicle. Please notify the service writer of your needs at the time you schedule your appointment.

Is there a limit to the number of free service rentals I can use?
No. You may take advantage of this special service whenever you receive major manufacturer- recommended maintenance services at any Larry Reid Advantage Dealership. Just present your Larry Reid Advantage check book for rental.

Is there a limit to the number of free collision related rentals I can use?
No. A coupon for a free rental for collision related repairs is in the Larry Reid Advantage CHECKBOOK.

When can I take advantage of free emergency towing?
Just in case your manufacturer warranty program doesn't include it, we provide free towing of both new and used vehicles for 90 days after the date of purchase. Your vehicle must be towed to the Larry Reid Advantage dealership from which it was purchased from within a 25-mile radius of that dealership. For service during regular business hours, you may call the dealership directly. For towing service outside of regular business hours, please refer to your Owners Packet.

How does the Reid On-Time Promise and Fixed-Right Guarantee work?
At Larry Reid's, we fix it right the first time and we fix it on time. If we don't - for any reason - your next oil change is on us. See any Larry Reid Advantage service consultant for more details.

How and when can I receive a free CarFax Or Accucheck report for a used vehicle?
In addition to our multi-point inspection, we also run a CarFax Or Accucheck history on virtually every pre-owned vehicle we sell. If you'd like a free copy of the report for your vehicle before purchasing it, just ask your Reid associate.

What does the Reid Clean Title Guarantee cover?
We certify the mileage on your pre-owned vehicle and also search the title to ensure its history is clear of salvage flood damage and that there are no existing Liens.

How does Larry Reid Advantage assist me with Extended Service Contracts?
Larry Reid Advantage also entitles you to receive a $100 discount off the purchase price of any Extended Service Contract.

How does the Larry Reid Advantage Referral Program work?
Refer any friend, relative or co-worker to a Reid Rewards Dealership and Larry Reid will send you a check for $100.
